How bad habits can affect a teen

Teenagers nowadays are very hard to control, some people think that bad habits are better. Some of them make you feel good but that doesn’t last forever, and I don’t judge you because I have done it too, but later I realized it was not good but now we are not too late to change that. Just consider yourself and the future you, and think of what could happen if you continue practicing your bad habits, what do you see? I see a person, maybe a happy person but not with that great of a lifestyle addicted to cigarettes or drinking. Do you want that? Do you want your future to be like that? Completely ruined because of a simple thing like a cigarette?


We are young and if young people start to drink or smoke they are more likely to become addicted. It’s not just with cigarettes or drinks but of every bad habit like eating junk food, or not doing exercise. You have to consider that now and think if you want that, do you want to damage yourself that way? Every action has its consequences some may be good and some bad, but if you see it that way, do you like your future? Do you like your body? Do you like your job? Do you like your friends? But most importantly, do you like yourself? When I think about this I’m scared because I do it too. You have to care about your future self because if you don’t do it maybe no one will. Don’t ruin your life for a thing you may regret. Don’t say that you don’t care, and especially don’t say that you won’t regret it because you will, I know that is scary, that we’re just going through this but we have to think it twice before we make a decision.


We have to change our bad habits to good ones because if we don’t learn that now, maybe we won’t learn that in the future and that is even scarier, but as I said we can change this, we can change your future to a better one, and I’m saying we because we need to do it together.


The first advice I can give you will be not falling, do not fall on traps if your friends are doing something bad you won’t do it because of them because every action you take has to come through you, make good friends, friends that support your opinion and you are the best friends cause you can open up through them and they won’t judge, think about your future, think and always take precautions before you do something you might regret later, eat well, you can’t just eat bad all the time sometimes you have to change that lifestyle. Do not stay tired. Being tired can cause negativity to a person, and when you are tired you can ruin some things that maybe you will regret so always stay positive and sleep, do good things to your body cause that will make you feel good, do exercise. You will have to exercise at one point in your life because if you don’t, you can cause some damage to your body or to yourself because you don’t like the way you look, so start now and not later. If you can do it now than do it because maybe I’d never too late but also never too early.


The last advice I can give to you is to stay strong, stay strong if you don’t want to drink then don’t do it if you like yourself then like yourself because only you can change that, do not regret things you know you will regret and finally live to the fullest because it’s not too late.
